We’ve stayed here twice now and will come back on future trips to the ACT. It’s close to Canberra but away from the city’s chaos, and our clean room had everything we needed. The kids were thrilled to find a spa bath in the bathroom. Check-in and check-out were simple, and staff were easy and delightful to deal with before we arrived. Thank you!

It was easy to check in after hours with the instructions, and the service was friendly. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The setting is quiet and pretty, with shops and places to eat an easy walk away, plus a nice riverside walking track. I look forward to staying again.

We arrived late, but getting the keys from the lockbox was simple. The room was roomy and clean, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable for someone like me who’s used to a firm mattress. The shower still worked well, though it leaked under the door and onto the floor and could use some maintenance.

Shops are an easy short walk away, and I’m already looking forward to coming back. The location is peaceful, right across from the river. My room was spacious and clean, and the bed was so comfortable. The shower worked well, but water leaked from the top while it was running and also under the door onto the floor, so it could use some maintenance.

My room was looked after throughout the day, and they restocked our food without any fuss. The service was probably the best I’ve had at a hotel. Parking was good, and the beds, air conditioning, bathroom, and kitchen all had the amenities we needed. Highly recommend!
