The owner seems likely to speak only their native language during our stay. I expect the air conditioner could be quite loud, and the fridge may not have enough room for what we need. The bathroom looks like it might be showing its age, and parking could be limited and difficult.

The room was roomy and comfortable for the price, and cleanliness was spot on. The owners were friendly too. It's easy to get into the city centre, with Woolsworth, ALDI, Domino's and McDonalds nearby. I'd recommend it to other travellers.

We only stayed because we arrived late after driving all day and needed sleep. The toilet paper was good, at least. There were only two towels for four people, and getting two more took an hour and two phone calls to the boss. The employee who answered the number on the office door didn't have a linen cupboard key. This was at 9pm. The beds were so uncomfortable, the shower took 10 minutes to get hot before turning cold, and the TV kept freezing. Parking was jammed, and I'd hate to see what would happen if an ambulance needed access. Do not stay here.

The location is convenient, but the room was very noisy because it was so far from the road. It also lacks modern conveniences and security.

The staff were respectful and nice, and the place was very clean. Free WiFi actually worked, and they replaced items as soon as you asked.
