The room was comfortable and about average in size, with the basic facilities I’d asked for. The woman I spoke to by phone was friendly and helpful, even though the place had closed earlier than the booking site said. There’s parking on site, though you might not get a spot right outside your room.

The team were happy to help with anything, including posting back a coat I’d left behind at no charge. The room was spotless, the bed was comfy, and the complimentary cold water was a lovely touch. Really fabulous service, thanks so much! 👏🏼👏🏼

We had a pleasant, comfortable stay close to the centre of Roma. We also enjoyed wandering around and looking at the old bottle trees.

We came for Easter in the country to go to the speedway this year. The room was clean and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The only thing we noticed was that the old air conditioner wouldn’t cool the room below a certain temperature. Still, it is what it is, I guess.

I’d stayed here a couple of times before, but I won’t be back and can’t recommend it. I cancelled within the appropriate timeframe by replying to the booking email they’d contacted me from. They say they never received it, kept the full room payment, and didn’t respond to my attempts to get in touch. Really disappointing, and the customer service felt poor and in bad faith.
