The air conditioner wasn’t cold and kept leaking, so I was cleaning up water in the room several times late at night. The cleaner even said it had been doing this for a while. I’d paid a very expensive nightly rate and expected the air con to work, and not to turn the room into a swimming pool. When I asked for a small reduction, I was told I should have called so they could move me. We got back around midnight, and that didn’t feel appropriate. After waiting a few weeks, the manager’s response was basically bad luck, full price. I stayed one night in Dec25, and it was a horrible experience. If nothing goes wrong you may be okay, but I found the whole thing very frustrating. I’m 56, and this is my first ever poor review.

The location was incredible, which makes the rest especially disappointing. The room was a decent size, but had grimy food stains on the walls, and the bathroom sink faucet was broken and hanging loose. Whenever I used it, it lifted and fell forward into the sink. The pool was green and didn’t seem safe for swimming. You could barely see the bottom, and algae covered the pebbled lining and rocks around it. There were footprints and slide marks where guests had gone in and stirred it up. When I gave feedback, there was no apology or compensation.

Wi-Fi didn’t work, though that wasn’t a problem for me. Our room was clean and the bed was comfy, and the beach is close with restaurants nearby. Parking works well for a smaller vehicle, but our 4x4 was a little tricky to fit, though manageable. It’s a great location, and I’d definitely stay again.

The room was clean and the reception staff were lovely, but only one of the three air conditioners worked. We stayed during a very hot weekend, and were promised at least a partial refund because two units weren’t working. Manager(Kerry) is ignoring my calls and never replies to my texts or emails. I’ll never stay here again.
