There’s plenty of space here to relax, and the kids had room to explore. The farm itself is beautiful and well cared for. The cost was the real drawback, though. Even a midweek stay outside school holidays was extremely expensive, and extras like pedal carts, animal feed, kayaks and laundry could push the bill way up. On our next trip, kayaks were unlimited and free, the washing machines ran on a cheap honesty system, and the customer service was great. Splitters was nice, but with those prices I wouldn’t come back.

We went on the guided farm tour Saturday and had such a good morning. Hayley knew heaps, answered all our questions and had plenty of bad jokes ready. Getting close to the animals was lovely for the whole family, and the tour was well worth the price. I even got to cuddle the cows! You can tell the people working there really care about the animals. We stayed over the ANZAC weekend for a long weekend, and it was much quieter than we expected. Everyone had lots of space, and check-in was simple. Farmer Hayley was always up for a chat and had so much knowledge to share. There was fresh animal feed put out every day, so you could wander around and feed or pat them whenever. The camels were gorgeous and more interactive than I’d expected, though the Highland cows were my favourites. The coffee van was there over the weekend too, and I had one of the best coffees I’ve had. Thanks for a great weekend!

The kids had a brilliant Easter here, and this is one of the best family caravan parks we’ve stayed at. There’s a dam they swam in every day, bushwalks and activities run by the hosts. They also loved heading out daily to see and feed the different animals. Our powered site was flat, grassy and a good size. The amenities were great, especially the big camp kitchen, and Bundaberg is only a 10-minute drive away. The owners and workers were really nice and relaxed, and connected well with the families. They’re doing a great job with the farm and park.

We all agreed it was an amazing Easter weekend. There were ten of us in a group of friends, and we ended up meeting some lovely people who were staying there too. Bundaberg is only 10 minutes away, which was handy. The facilities were modern and very clean, with plenty of room for everyone. Staff gave us the best campsite customer service I can remember. The coffee van and themed dinner nights were great additions, and there were lots of animals to see and interact with. There’s only one toilet block, so the men’s area could feel crowded on a busy weekend. I heard the women’s facilities didn’t have that problem. The toilets were cleaned several times a day and stayed spotless despite all the use. It was a fantastic stay, and we’ll definitely be back. I’d highly recommend it.

Our kids had an absolute ball, with plenty of activities and cute animals to pat and feed, so there was always something to do. The sites were roomy and nicely laid out, and the facilities were excellent. The whole place felt relaxed and welcoming, and the staff were so friendly and ready to help. It was really busy over Easter, but the staff kept things running smoothly and made it feel much less chaotic than it probably was behind the scenes. We loved our stay and will be back. I’d definitely recommend it to other families after a fun, relaxed getaway.
