Cheltenham Apartments Unit 7 40 King Street

The leafy outlook from the second-floor balcony was lovely, and the private back gate made the beach an easy five-minute walk. Cheltenham Unit 7 is a nicely updated two-bedroom place with an amazing heated pool, outdoor area and BBQ. There are some steps to climb. The main bedroom has a queen bed and the other room has two singles. The washing machine, dryer and well-appointed kitchen were handy, and it was good value. Can’t wait to return!

The ocean-view apartment was beautiful, modern and very clean. Dave and Deb were so lovely and friendly to stay with. It’s been my best hotel experience in a long time. Thanks for everything you do for your guests. I’ll see you again, and highly recommend staying here.

After trying other places, I gave Cheltenham Apartments a go and stayed twice this year. I’m already planning to return next year. The units are clean, well presented and equipped well for self-catering, with very competitive prices. Host managers Dave and Deb are genuine, lovely people, and very helpful when you need assistance. The beach is about a five-minute walk. Moffat Beach and Caloundra CBD are each around a 20-minute walk along the coast, with cafes and restaurants at all those locations. Looking forward to coming back.

I’ve been coming to Cheltenham Apartments for over 14 years and never had an issue. The apartments have been updated, and the beach is 200 m away. Deb and Dave are always obliging and ready to help as soon as they’re told about a problem, making sure your stay is comfortable. I’ll keep coming back.
