Chris'S Beacon Point Restaurant And Villas

That late night drive from Geelong to Chris’s Beacon Point Restaurant & Villas was pretty scary at times, but it was absolutely worth it. My partner and I had an incredible experience from start to finish. Our waiter made us feel welcome and comfortable the whole time, and his great sense of humour made the night even better. Easily a 10/10, and we’ll definitely be back!

On my second stay at this accommodation near the Great Ocean Road, I was just as impressed as the first time. Lim at the front desk was so friendly and supportive, and shared insider tips about places to visit and making the most of the day. We got upgraded to a villa with a full ocean view from the bed, which was unforgettable. A group of wallabies playing right outside our villa was a special bonus. Breakfast had lots of delicious choices and high quality ingredients. I’d highly recommend staying here for a memorable trip along the Great Ocean Road.

The restaurant overlooks the ocean, with breathtaking views while you eat, and the food was fresh, full of flavour, and really well priced. I stayed last night and was impressed by the whole place. The villas were cute, clean, and set up nicely for a relaxing getaway. Waking up to the ocean views was incredible. After about four months closed for renovations, they’ve just reopened, and the new bar area looks fantastic. You can see the effort that’s gone into refreshing the place. Great food, friendly service, and lovely views made for a peaceful coastal escape. Highly recommend!

The views were spectacular, but our meal was bland and tasteless. We had mushroom risotto, swordfish, calamari as a shared appetizer, and salad to share with the mains. I tried adding salt and pepper to everything, and we asked for more salad dressing. We hadn’t known there’d be a 10% weekend addition to the bill. It came to $150.00 with no alcohol!!!
