The apartments were spacious, excellent and well equipped, and the location worked really well for us. We could walk easily to the competition venue, shops, food places and Southbank. Our coach couldn't get down the street, so it dropped us at the Woolloongabba Hotel Diana. The teams at both hotels helped move our group and all our gear over. Carmina, Kirsty and Yvonne were wonderful with our booking of more than 70 people, making sure everyone was fitted in and looked after. The kids were happy with the complimentary fruit and snacks at reception too. 😊

We were in town for medical reasons and were very glad we chose this place. The room on the 10th floor was beautiful, clean and comfortable. At check-in, the receptionist was so helpful, and this morning another receptionist kindly called us a cab. I'd highly recommend staying here and will definitely come back. Next time, I'll book by phone instead of online.

Staff were friendly and made check-in and checkout easy, and the room was clean and roomy. The amenities were well maintained, and the location is handy, about a 10-15 minute walk from the Gabba. Parking is available for $25 a day. The one thing that bothered me was a strong curry smell in the room.

The pool was clean and lovely, and the room with a queen bed was tidy, spacious and very clean. Staff looked professional and were welcoming as soon as I arrived. I was here for the BBNO$ concert at Riverstage and had a great stay. There was free coffee in the lobby and towels by the pool. I didn't get to see the rooftop terrace. Restaurants nearby were a bit of a walk, and I had to wait for the dryer to cool before I could get my clothes out.

The staff made a difficult trip much easier for us while our baby was unwell at the nearby Mater Hospital. They went out of their way to keep the stay comfortable, straightforward and affordable, and we were very grateful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect.
