Communication with the hosts was excellent. The place overlooks the inlet and feels truly magical. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped, with everything needed to self cater. Having a BBQ on the deck is a nice touch, and the air conditioning was appreciated.

The Oystercatcher was clean and so peaceful during our three nights just before New Years. Waking up to water views and watching wallabies in the evenings were highlights. We wish we could have stayed longer. This is our go to accommodation whenever we’re in Tassie now. Thanks for the best stay, we’ll be back. Damon and Sharon

We were so sad to leave the Sandpiper Cabin this morning. It was comfy, cosy, beautifully decorated, and in a beautiful location. We’re so glad we chose to stay and take advantage of their winter offer. Thoroughly enjoyable, and I can’t recommend it enough!

The sand dunes and sea grass between the place and the water looked rustic and beautiful, and the view was spectacular. Every wall had a floor to ceiling window. It’s our favourite accommodation so far, even after travelling the world. 10/10.

Right on the beach, with amazing wildlife all around, The Inlet was private and quiet. It was our favourite Tassie accommodation, beautifully designed and fully equipped. The location was perfect, and it was warm and comfortable.
