10/10
The staff were lovely and so accommodating, and the room was spotless, one of the cleanest I've stayed in. There were plenty of pillows and bedding, extra towels, and tea and coffee, with all the little details taken care of. We were blown away by the care that clearly goes into running this place. The Strath Motel gave us a much better stay than hotels that cost a lot more. Other accommodation providers could learn from how well this place is run.

The staff were welcoming, friendly, and amazingly helpful the whole time. I ordered a full cooked breakfast both mornings, and it arrived hot and tasted so good. My room was clean, beautiful, and comfortable. It was my first stay here, but it won't be my last. Highly recommend.

The room was spacious, clean, warm, and soundproof, and the big bed gave us the best night's sleep. The front desk staff were friendly and wonderfully accommodating. We were lucky to find a room for the night. It's about a 20-minute walk to the town centre, past the church, park, and lovely historic buildings.

Sam and Emily were amazing, and we enjoyed the outdoor area. Parking was very convenient. The rooms are very large, the TV a good size, the shower good, and the bath amazing. The bed was very average, though, and felt like two single beds pushed together. The fridge was tiny and wouldn't stay cold. The toilet was dirty when we arrived, despite having a Clean seal. Early on Sunday, cleaning staff gathered outside our room in the park area, smoking and making a lot of noise. They did the same again when we were leaving. Apart from that, we enjoyed our stay.

The rooms are clean, quiet, modern, and have everything you need. It would have been a five-star stay, but when we went to get our perishable food from the room fridge, we found it was off or faulty. Now we have to buy our provisions again for the rest of the trip.
