The service was lovely from the moment we arrived, including the maintenance and cleaning team, and the Japanese restaurant downstairs was great for dinner. The decor has a Palm Springs feel, and the pool area is beautiful. There’s a good continental breakfast selection, and I liked the Dyson hairdryers, a nice touch. It’s also a perfect spot, just a few minutes from the beach and trams. The shower does leave the bathroom a bit wet, but a larger towel handles it. I’ll definitely stay again.

The food was incredible, from the big breakfast selection to the perfectly cooked, mouthwatering steak at the stingray restaurant. The staff were all amazing, attentive and smiling, and seemed genuinely happy to be there. It’s such a quirky, fun place to spend three nights, even when it rains. I really loved my stay. Thank you!

We shared high tea with friends, and it was a delectable feast. The pool was perfect, and we ordered snacks and drinks to the cabbana so we could enjoy our swim. Room service was restaurant quality, arrived hot and came quickly. Breakfast had a huge selection of fresh food, and the kiosk cappuccino was outstanding. Jessica gave us a warm welcome and went above and beyond to make sure my pregnant daughter was comfortable. The QT Gold Coast staff were wonderful. We’d already planned our next visit before checking out from our New Year’s stay in 2026. Highly recommend.

The service from Rory Neaves, Front Office Manager, made a real difference. He took great care of us and clearly cares about guests having a good stay. Everyone else was warm, professional and relaxed too, so we felt welcome rather than processed. The pool has a brilliant holiday feel without being chaotic, and the food was excellent. The whole stay felt easy. QT Gold Coast puts you right near the beach, restaurants, bars and nightlife, yet the hotel still feels like a place to escape and unwind. It’s stylish, comfortable and genuinely cool, with that quintessential Gold Coast feel. One of my best stays on the Gold Coast. We’ll absolutely be back, and I couldn’t recommend it more.

The room was neat and clean, and the pool area had a great atmosphere. Breakfast was a good buffet with plenty of options. The staff were especially warm and welcoming on Christmas Day, and their smiles helped make the day comfortable and special. They were friendly and professional throughout. The bathroom design could be better. Water kept spilling from the bathtub and washbasin, leaving the room wet. The balconies were closed, and it would have been more transparent to mention that on the website. We only found out after checking in. We really enjoyed our stay at QT Gold Coast.
