The unit was neat, clean and well presented, with plenty of household equipment, and it’s very accessible to amenities, right across from Surfers Paradise beach. The key collection instructions were clear and easy. We had a great stay at Suntower Apartments, Gold Coast, though car parking was a nightmare. The coffee machine could have been useful if we’d known which pods fit. I bought two brands from different supermarkets and neither worked. Please leave a note telling guests which brand is compatible. I was promised a refund because the unit wasn’t clean when we checked in at 3:30 p.m.

The guy at reception was kind and friendly. Our two-bedroom apartment had an open ocean view and two balconies, though it was a bit dated. There was no WiFi, but that didn’t bother us since the bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed for a good stay. The location is perfect, close to Surfers Paradise’s main shops and attractions.

The staff are incredibly friendly and understanding. I forgot my keys at 3 a.m. and woke the owner to let me in, and he was still kind about it. The building is a bit old and the apartments are missing a few things, but this is a hidden gem for anyone who doesn’t want to spend three or four grand on accommodation. Great beachside option when visiting Surfers Paradise on a budget.

The location made getting around easy for us. The tram station is very close, handy for travelling to the Gold Coast theme parks, and there are lots of shops and restaurants nearby. It’s a beach-facing apartment, so you can head to the beach or watch the same sunrise from the living room couch. The kitchen and laundry both worked properly, and the apartment is ideally suited to two couples or one family. We’d love to visit again and again.

A super relaxing, cozy place with beach views and great value for the price. The building is a bit older, but the interior, including the kitchen and bathroom, has been renovated. No WiFi was the only downside. The hosts were lovely and answered our questions promptly. Definitely coming back!
