Voco Gold Coast

The two pools were fabulous, especially for my daughter, and the staff looked after us so well when we stayed together. It’s a handy location and good value for money, and we had a very pleasant stay. The rooms were good, though the bathrooms looked tired and could use renovation. The breakfast buffet fell short of what I expected in both quality and variety.

Candelaria from the breakfast buffet team made every morning feel welcoming. She was kind and helpful, and her recommendations for things to do around the Gold Coast were especially useful given the bad weather. The room views were incredible, and the service made our stay lovely. I don’t usually write reviews, but we’d happily return. Thanks again.

Housekeeping really went the extra mile. I asked for more coffee on the first day and they kept topping it up daily, along with handling any other requests. The staff were amazing from check-in through housekeeping and the FnB team, although the seafood buffet wasn’t very good food-wise. Far iye at reception, apologies if I got your name wrong, was a wonderful first encounter. We’re absolutely coming back.

We were on our honeymoon at voco Surfers Paradise, and the team made us feel so welcome from the start, especially Lorena. They surprised us with a bottle of sparkling wine, which made the stay even more memorable. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and the facilities were a very high standard. Everything exceeded our expectations, though the friendly, attentive, genuinely kind service stood out most. We loved it and would gladly come back. Highly recommended!
