FV4006 Apartments

We’d be keen to come back. Donna and Deb made check-in and check-out easy, and even adjusted the stay contract when my overseas travel was brought forward. The apartment’s location and unit were lovely, and they made sure we had what we needed, including a baby cot for the full three months. They were really accommodating.

Leaving the property was hard partly because Deb and Donna wouldn’t be managing it for us anymore. We lived there for four years, and maintenance requests had gone unresolved for about three of those years despite repeated chasing. After Fv4006 took over, they got the outstanding issues sorted within two months at most. They’ve been our managers for the last six months and have been incredible: easy to talk to, quick to answer questions, and very good at their jobs. I’d recommend them wholeheartedly, and wish we’d stayed under their management. Thanks so much, Deb and Donna!

Donna and Deb have been helpful and respectful from the time I moved in six weeks ago, even with little requests. The shared spaces are always spotless, and Donna lets residents know when something’s up with the amenities. I’m really happy with my new apartment too. It’s roomy and in a fantastic spot.

We were pleasantly surprised by the room. I’d worried it might be run down and dirty because of the price and some other reviews, but it was much better than expected and felt underrated for what it cost. The staff were friendly and helpful as soon as we arrived. The location was perfect for going out for a couple of drinks, right in the middle of everything. We’d definitely stay again.
