The room was a good size, and the South Swan Hill location made it easy to walk everywhere. There isn't a reception, but the keys are on site.

The rooms weren't serviced once during the whole week we stayed. On top of that, they charged $80 because a few dishes were left dirty. The location is good, but there are better places around Swan Hill. It felt like a way to make extra money.

We chose somewhere else in the end, partly because it was easier to book and closer to the centre. There was nobody at reception, so we had to call, and the quoted price was $60 more than the one on booking.com. They wouldn't match that price, and the booking process wasn't easy. They weren't very accommodating.

We won't stay here again. The entrance was confusing, Google Maps took us to the wrong place, and the signs weren't big enough, though the property was well placed for town. The room itself was thoughtfully laid out, and the small kitchenette had everything we needed. But there were lots of tiny spiders, and other creepy crawlies came in at night. We think the gap under the door, which had no flap, contributed. The bed was really uncomfortable too, and the lighting was either glaring recessed lights or lamps that barely lit the room.
