Her slow, robotic-sounding replies made what could have been a five-minute call drag into over an hour of messages just to confirm a spare key could be delivered. Airbnb support had to step in. After we raised the issue, a retaliatory review with false claims was posted about us. That felt petty. If something goes wrong, don't expect anyone to pick up the phone. Good location aside, reliable communication and professional problem-solving weren't part of our experience.
