The rooms are beautiful, though quite dark and without natural light, which made putting on makeup difficult. Our room was serviced yesterday, but the rubbish was left inside in bags. Breakfast was delicious, and the dining area is lovely, with views. It's a beautiful hotel in a great spot in the Sydney CBD. The upstairs staff were attentive, but the downstairs concierge was a bit lax and didn't even look up to greet us.

We loved our four-night stay in March 2026. Our two-bedroom apartment was on the 20th floor, room 2002, right in the heart of the CBD. It was spacious and beautifully furnished, with a lovely lounge and all the usual amenities. The restaurant on the 21st floor served great food with good service. The pool and gym were a nice bonus, especially with the skyline view from 21 floors up. We'd definitely recommend this apart hotel to anyone staying in Sydney. The Shacklock’s - from the UK

The apartment had everything we needed: a kitchenette, washer, dryer, living area, bathroom and bedroom. It was great to have Dean and Nancy on 22 as part of the stay. The bartenders and staff were incredibly friendly, and the drinks, food and views were lovely. We'd rate the hotel 4/5. The sky lobby on the 21st floor is open and well appointed, and the front desk staff were efficient. But when we arrived, nobody on the ground floor was there to direct us up from the entrance to the lobby. The elevators were a little confusing too. Floor numbers weren't easy to see inside or when the doors opened onto guest floors, and you have to scan your room key to be directed to the right lift. The one-room apartment had nowhere to put a suitcase except on the floor. The wardrobe could fit a very small duffle, but not even my small carry-on. I called down to ask for a luggage rack, but the hotel didn't have one. It was bizarre for a luxury apartment-style hotel not to have room to open a suitcase, so I had to leave mine open on the floor.

The central location was really convenient, and the room was comfortable with a beautiful view. Staff were very friendly and ready to help. There is construction nearby at the moment, but it didn't affect our stay much. We had a very good experience, thank you!

The curtains and blinds remain a mystery to us, even after our second stay. We did finally figure out the lifts, though. We had room 2002, a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment. The kitchenette was enough for us, especially with excellent coffee shops, restaurants and food courts just minutes away. That's one reason we like staying in the CBD, along with the excellent transport links. Buses, light rail, train, Metro and ferry are all close. Dean & Nancy, the lively top-floor bar, is still popular and serves excellent cocktails. The beds are super comfortable, the bedding is good quality, and in our view the hotel can't be faulted. The fitness centre is compact but open 24 hours. It's still modern, innovative, and well maintained, with an online curator to arrange any amenities. A big thank you to Isaac, the Manager, who went out of his way to welcome us and make the stay as good as possible. Laura was kind and helpful two years ago and again this time. We stayed here for three weeks two years ago and clearly liked it, as we booked for six weeks this time. The main thing to mention is all the building work around the city, which isn't just an issue at this hotel. We booked a year ago, probably before the website mentioned Metro work that starts early in the morning. I don't think the noise is directly the hotel's fault, but I wanted to mention it. Isaac did his best to give us the quietest room and was generous with goodwill gestures. I feel any CBD hotel stay will be affected by noise levels at present. Even after six weeks, we had an excellent time and would recommend it.
