Travis went out of his way for us, and we really appreciated the time and effort. The location is great and it’s a lovely place to stay. Hotel guests get 10% off their food bill, too. Many thanks, we’d love to come back if we’re in the area again.

The room’s small, but that’s fine. They restocked our toiletries daily, and Travis was fabulous. The location is ideal for exploring the city.

Good spot for a few beers with mates in the sports bar, though I wouldn’t pick it for date night. Service is great and there’s a broad tap beer range. It has more of a blue-collar crowd, but chinos or shorts are both fine. Easy to meet up from Town Hall train or light rail stops, Metro Gadigal, or the buses along Park St. There are plenty of nearby Plan B's, too.

The rooms have been refurbished, and the beds are soft and comfortable. They gave us great help arranging a booking for a large group. There was some loud noise from the church next door, but there isn’t much they can do about that.

This is about the pub on the ground floor only. Last week a large glass of Merlot cost $13.50. This week it was $22 bucks. That’s far too much for an average Merlot they buy at wholesale prices. This isn’t The Shangri-La Hotel or The Ivy, and it’s not a top bar. I feel sorry for and embarrassed for the staff working there. Total rip off. Don’t buy a drink there.
