The receptionist was welcoming and pleasant, which we appreciated, but the rest of the stay was awful. After booking two nights, we left after just one because the room and hotel felt so dirty and uncomfortable. The hallway floors were filthy, the walls in our room were visibly dirty, and there was a strong smell like a dog. It felt outdated and unhygienic, and my allergies flared up. While my husband was asleep, a cockroach crawled on him. We didn't feel safe eating the breakfast after that. We'd seen earlier reviews suggesting hygiene improvements were underway, but that clearly wasn't our experience. For a hotel associated with Accor, this was a real disappointment. The $400 we spent, parking included, felt completely wasted. I'd tell people to save their money and stay somewhere else.

Good value, with breakfast included and a handy spot near KFC, McDonald's, and a service station. Our room was clean and smelled nice, and the air-conditioning worked really well. The staff were lovely and accommodating.

The staff were friendly, and the location was okay. The breakfast was poor, with not even eggs available. The rooms weren't good either: there was a bunk above the bed, and the combined toilet and bathroom was about 5 by 5 feet.

The room felt like a cruise cabin, complete with a bunk. There was hair on the bed, mould, and bugs, but I was willing to overlook those things for the price until my wife handed me a towel with faecal matter on it. When we told the room cleaners, they said each room was allowed only two towels and refused to clean it. A few weeks after our stay, my wife became pregnant, despite us not having had contact in that regard since she'd undergone several surgeries. We hadn't been to any public pools or anything either. The thought that simply staying in a room and using its toiletries could change your life is horrifying to women. Please don't stay here for your safety.
