Large Apartment in World Square Sydney

The kids really wanted to come back for a birthday celebration, so we booked a stay and are very glad we did. The warm welcome and kindness throughout meant a lot to us, and everything was prepared with such care. William deserves a special thank you. His handwritten greeting card touched us and made the visit even more memorable. The champagne was a lovely gesture too. The kids couldn’t drink it, but they were genuinely excited and happy about it. One small thing: part of the view was a little obstructed, though we could still enjoy a beautiful view from the room. Thanks again for making our stay so special.

The bathroom cleanliness was deeply concerning. Black dirt and buildup filled the grout between the shower tiles and around the sink. We also found that all four pillows in one bedroom had an extremely unpleasant smell, like feet straight after a football match. It made resting very uncomfortable and wasn’t acceptable. We booked a two-bedroom apartment expecting the cleanliness and comfort standards the brand is known for. This experience was far below expectations and left us very disappointed. We chose the property because of its reputation for quality, and hope the matter is taken seriously and investigated promptly.

We were on the 66th floor in a fantastic three-bedroom suite with an unbeatable view. The three elevators were quick, though they could get crowded, which is understandable with so many guests. Transport was close, and there were plenty of food options, amenities, bars, pubs, and shops at World Square. The pool on level 61 was long and fairly wide, but cool. The air con worked very well, sometimes a little too well, though it was easy to adjust. Showers had good pressure and hot water. We didn’t use the spa bath in the ensuite. TVs in every bedroom were great, and the kitchen facilities were decent. The beds were huge but a bit hard, and a bigger rubbish bin would help. Aside from that, I can’t fault the place. Staff were professional, courteous, and friendly. We paid a $400 bond, which was returned the very next day. We’ll definitely come back.

Sumin Lee made check-in warm and easy, and Ignacio and Solomon looked after me wonderfully throughout the visit. My room was stunning, even better than my experience at Bondi Junction. The whole team made my stay at Meriton Suites World Tower exceptional, and I can’t wait to return. I hope they receive the recognition they deserve.
