Nesuto Pennant Hills Sydney Apartment Hotel

Ruwell was kind, professional and very helpful with what we needed. The room felt like a cozy studio, with a kitchen, bathroom and living area. It was clean and presentable, and the beds were comfortable. The lobby is really nice, with the pool and gym just outside it. Very close to the city, worth checking in. We’ll be back soon.

We stayed for two nights, but the air conditioning stopped working on Saturday night. We woke to a hot, stuffy room, then realized in the hotel corridor that the whole place was affected. Really disappointing.

The place felt more like being handed a key than staying at a hotel, with no service to speak of. The air conditioner was so old that the labels had worn off its buttons, so there was no way to tell how to control it, and the vents looked years overdue for cleaning. The kettle’s white plastic was dark brown inside, and the kitchen had very little in it. The shower was moldy and damaged, the door handle was coming apart, and there were no secondary locks. The balcony door, only a few metres above the ground, wouldn’t lock at all. Pretty disgusting. I won’t stay again.

The bathroom was dirty, with soiled tissues left in the room and grime on the tiles and grout. The shower leaked, and the taps were loose on the bathroom wall. Having to shower over a high bathtub wasn’t practical.
