Service was excellent, friendly, and the location is great. There's a convenient free pass to a nearby gym, which is excellent, and plenty of options close by for coffee, breakfast, dinner and drinks. Rooms are generally clean and up to date, though some are starting to look a bit tired.

The room was nice, well equipped, and the internet was pretty fast, with both wired and wireless connections. Coffee and some snacks were available too. Desk staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Good location, and I'd stay again.

The hotel has a sleek, modern look, and the rooms live up to it. What stood out most to me was the friendly staff, who went above and beyond. It's convenient for two subway stations and several parks, and the Opera House and the Rocks are an easy walk away. Since it's in the centre of one of the country's largest cities, light sleepers might want to bring earplugs.

I've stayed in worse, and this place is okay. The bed and room are fine but nothing special. Free WiFi is generally good, and housekeeping and the location are good too. Staff are friendly and responsive. The aircon gets noisy if you need to run it, and the lighting in the room is poor. Pretty average.

We paid $323 for a standard room and parking, then left after just 10 minutes and got no refund. The room was tiny and gloomy, with frosted windows facing the wall of another building, so it felt claustrophobic. The front door even hit the bed, and the bathroom ceiling had mould. There was also a dirty-drain smell. Parking was ridiculous: a block away, with spaces built for matchbox cars. I’d rather spend my money elsewhere than stay at Park8. HOLIDAY INN pots point is only a few blocks away, with a train station, awesome views, and cheaper rates.
