Rydges Bankstown

The sign-in process was a bit awkward, but we got through it eventually. I love the atmosphere here and the team is amazing to work with. Betty greets you with a smile in the morning and goes above and beyond to make clients comfortable, really making it feel like “home away from home.” The guard Mo is always making sure we’re safe when we return to the hotel. He’s one of a kind, funny but serious 😂. The breakfast buffet is on point and you can’t go wrong.

I had a really pleasant stay, and the front desk staff and Mo were both extremely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mo on the night shift. One night I needed to do laundry quite late, even though the laundry room usually closes at night. I was a little worried, but Mo kindly told me not to rush and said he’d come back later to lock the door so I could finish comfortably. It was a small, thoughtful gesture that made me feel very well cared for. Highly recommended, and thank you for the wonderful service!

Mohamed made our 3 a.m. arrival at Rydges Bankstown feel welcoming, greeting me with a genuine smile. He even went the extra step of making coffee, which I wouldn’t expect from a security guard. He’s friendly, easy to approach, and helpful every time I see him. Rydges is lucky to have someone who brings such a good attitude to his work. I’ll recommend the hotel to family and friends, and I’m grateful I got to meet him.

Mohammed helped make Rydges Hotel Bass Hill feel safe and welcoming from the moment we arrived. He’s calm, respectful, and professional, and he handles people fairly and patiently. When tension comes up, he’s good at defusing it. He also takes time to guide and assist guests so they feel looked after. It’s clear he takes pride in his job, and his presence adds a lot to the hotel experience. Staff like Mohammed deserve recognition. 👏
