The staff were so understanding and helpful when we thought we might need an extra night because our flight home went via Dubai. We used to live nearby and came back for a wedding, and we’ll definitely stay here again. The bed was comfy, the air conditioning was a relief, and the spot between the beach and Junction worked perfectly. I was also really impressed by the shared bathrooms: there weren’t many rooms using them, and even though we were coming and going all day and night to get ready, we never met anyone or had to wait. They were spacious, modern, spotless, and had a great hot shower and lovely products. I’ll be telling anyone visiting Sydney about this place.

Bondi and the nearby beaches were easy to get to, about 25 minutes away. The Baxley was a great base for a couple of days, with really kind staff and a level of cleanliness that impressed me.

The shared kitchen was a great extra, and the room and bathroom were modern and very clean, with everything needed for a short visit. The main drawback was the lack of wall insulation. We could clearly hear neighbours talking and doors banging through the night. Still, Bondi is right there and you can walk to everything. I had a good stay and would come back.

The location made this a handy choice for the beach, cafes, restaurants, and Westfield shopping mall. Bondi beach is about a 10-minute walk away. My room was very compact, but fine for one person, and the staff were kind and gave me all the information I needed. The hallway noise was a minor nuisance, though it never disturbed my sleep. My assigned shared bathroom was usually clean and hardly used. If it was occupied, there were plenty of other bathrooms available.

I was a little unsure about sharing a bathroom and didn't expect much, but it worked out perfectly. The room was lovely and well equipped, with a comfortable bed, TV, sink, full-length mirror, and fridge. The bathroom was spotless. I love this place and will stay again when I'm in Sydney.
