The Blue Hotel

The WhatsApp service was a highlight: quick, convenient, and attentive without feeling intrusive. The team were friendly and professional, and made everything easy. My stay at The Blue Hotel Bondi went smoothly from beginning to end. I’d happily return and recommend it.

I haven’t come across a hotel this good in ages. The room and location were fantastic, and the library was a great touch. Digital check-in and checkout were incredibly easy, and the price was great too. Congrats to the Blue hotel Teams, and thank you.

We’d come back. Our suite was stylish, unlike the cookie-cutter rooms at some chain hotels, and was a good fit for three people at a reasonable price. The coffee was good, the balcony was nice, and staff responded when we contacted them even though they weren’t onsite. My daughter found the room too warm and would have preferred a sheet as well as the doona. The main bed had a sheet and was fine.

The room had a trendy design, and it was spacious apart from the very cramped bathroom in 208. The toilet was hard to get to and seemed to be plumbed in at a 45-degree angle. The location is handy for restaurants and the beach, though there’s no sea view, which helps keep the cost down. I was doubtful about the digital locks and thought they might be hard for older people or anyone with larger fingers, but they worked flawlessly for me. Service was all handled remotely, by phone or WhatsApp.
