Parking was easy downstairs, and the restaurant and bar were really nice. The room was clean, the staff friendly, and the hotel sits right in the heart of town. No complaints, it was a lovely stay in a great spot.

Our room was lovely, and the spa was fantastic. The cleaners do a great job, too. From booking through to leaving, everyone we dealt with was welcoming, friendly, helpful, and professional. They made our anniversary weekend great.

Check-in was easy, and the rooms were comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxed stay. The place has a stylish, modern feel and a great location. I’d be happy to come back.

The bar has a cosy feel, and the decor is great. Service was friendly and efficient, and the rooms are large. But rooms along Brisbane St, like 201 and 301, are too noisy. Trucks pass through during the night, so I didn’t sleep well.
