Our car broke down on the way back from Coffs Harbour, so we had to stay the night while we sourced new parts. We asked for the cheapest room available, but unfortunately those were all on the second floor. My husband explained that we had a baby and lots of things to carry upstairs. The receptionist kindly gave us a ground floor family room at a discounted price. We really appreciated the kindness during such a stressful time. Thank you so much.

The room was clean and had those old fashioned touches, like milk, biscuits, sugar and coffee. The staff welcomed us warmly. There were great instructions in the room for things like connecting to WiFi and using the smart TV. Highly recommend.

There’s a restaurant and pool, and the place is nicely located. The rooms are beautiful and come with a microwave, fridge, tea, coffee, cookies, dishwashing liquid and anything you might need. Wonderful staff too. It has just the vibe you want for relaxing and doing whatever suits you while visiting the town.

The rooms are serviced daily, and the customer service is great. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. The pub next door has a really good atmosphere and food.

We rang to ask the price for a room for two adults, and it was more than we could book it for on Expedia. We said we’d book through Expedia instead. The male staff member said “whatever” and hung up, so we took our money elsewhere.
