The Retreat at Froog-Moore Park

Sandy's breakfast, dinner and canapés were a treat for the eyes and the taste buds. My friend and I had three wonderful nights here. Our rooms were quiet, calming and beautifully maintained. Pete made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, and his hospitality and helpfulness went above and beyond what we've had at other places. We left reluctantly, but we'll be praising them to our friends and will definitely return.

We chose the Maeda room for a weekend celebrating our 24th wedding anniversary. It was quiet, spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. Peter and Sandy were wonderful hosts, and the meals were delicious and a real treat for the senses. We'd definitely recommend staying and dining here, and we'll be back.

Sandy and Pete made my birthday one of the most memorable I've had. Their care and Froog Moore's unique charm made me feel truly appreciated. They respect your privacy but are there when you need them, somehow seeming to anticipate what you might need. The rooms are beautiful, spotless and comfortable, with every detail thought through. Sandy's cooking was incredible, and every meal felt like a new culinary adventure. I'd rate it 10/10. I arrived needing to unwind from a hectic job, and the tranquil atmosphere helped me feel at ease straight away. Froog Moore Park is a place I'll cherish, and I can't wait to return for more rest, hospitality and memorable meals.

Our Moroccan room opened directly onto the garden, with a table and chairs outside where we could sit in the sun and enjoy the view. Breakfast was delicious and spectacular, made with produce grown on the grounds. Peter & Sandy were so hospitable and went above and beyond. The property has several themed rooms, and we were lucky to see most of them. They're fantastic, large and spotlessly clean, with very comfortable king size beds. The gardens are lovely too. Thank you for a short but wonderful stay at The Retreat at Frog Moore Park. I highly recommend it.
