The cottages’ furnishings and bedding made for a very comfortable stay, while we also enjoyed their historical significance and that of the local area. Breakfast provisions were delicious, and the location meant we could walk to the main street for quality food, wine, and local artisan outlets. We had a beautiful stay at Goat Square Cottages. Many thanks, we’d highly recommend it.

A lovely period property divided into three apartments. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. They’d thought to provide everything we could need, including breakfast provisions and a bottle of wine. It’s just a couple of blocks from the main street, shops, and restaurants.

We spent two nights in the Goat Square Menge cottage, and it’s among the best places we’ve ever stayed. The thoughtful provisions included a welcome bottle of wine and a generous gourmet breakfast, which was amazing. Highly recommend.

Goat Square House was beautifully presented and immaculately clean, with a generous welcome pack. It’s within walking distance of everything in Tanunda, which made our getaway there especially enjoyable. James and Helen replied very quickly to the couple of questions we had. The two-bedroom cottage was cosy and comfortable, with a lovely atmosphere. I really enjoyed learning about the history of goat square. Breakfast was more than ample and made with high-quality local produce. The beautiful streetscape is only a short stroll from the Main Street. We’ll definitely be back.
