We stayed for one night and the motel was full, but everyone kept to quiet time. The rooms were comfortable and reasonably priced, with a microwave and toaster in the room, which we hadn’t expected. The mugs were clean, though the spoon wasn’t washed, so I washed everything before using it. The riverside location looked interesting, and while we were there they were developing a small balcony overlooking the water.

Car trouble left us needing a last-minute place to stay, and the staff were unbelievably kind, helpful, and accommodating. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable for a good price. It’s a family business I can’t recommend enough. Thanks again to Peter and Lucy for all their support and kindness.

The curtains are lovely, the room gets really dark for sleeping, and the AC is placed well away from the bed. The bed was a little too soft, but I managed. After travelling around Oz for a year, this is definitely the cleanest accommodation I’ve found in Australia. My only complaint is how much sound comes in from outside. You hear all the passing traffic, and someone next door had their TV on all night.

There was plenty of space in the clean, comfortable room, and the bed was very comfortable too. Having a kitchenette and a comfy lounge made the stay restful. Good value, highly recommended.

The bed was super comfortable. The owner was great too, letting me check in late without a problem and coming to let me back into my room after I locked myself out.
