The rooms were clean and really spacious, with all the facilities to feel at home and live in without having to dine out. The staff are lovely and so helpful. Location is fantastic, close to the strand and entertainment centre.

A spacious, clean room at a great price, and there’s a pool too. It’s easy to walk to the strand and restaurants from this great location. Good undercover secure parking. I’d definitely stay here again.

The receptionist gave us excellent service. We’d booked one night, then decided two days before arrival to come a day early and stay two nights. Only a twin room was available, so we took it. The next morning we needed to move to a queen room because the complex was full and there hadn’t been any twin cancellations. I saw the receptionist on our way back from walking up Castle Hill. She said a queen room had checked out, they’d clean it and she’d let me know when it was ready. About an hour later she knocked with the sign-in sheet and keys for the new room, just as promised. 🙏 The rooms have had a refresh, though the bathroom and kitchen are older but very tidy. Both rooms, a twin and a queen, were lovely-sized studios with kitchenettes equipped for self-catering or takeaway meals. Each balcony had sea views and a comfy table and chairs, a lovely spot for a drink and the view. The location is excellent, with lots of eateries and cafes within 100m and Coles just a five-minute walk away. We walked to Castle Hill and up to the top from here. It’s 4km each way, an 8km round trip, and well worth it for the exercise and awesome views. We moved from the third floor to the first, but still had a lovely balcony and views.

The location and helpful service made the stay enjoyable, and they were able to accommodate our request for an early check-in. The room was clean, tidy, and well equipped. It was lovely to find a jug of cold water waiting in the fridge. The soft mattress and bedding weren't comfortable for us, and hallway doors slamming was disruptive at times.
