You can walk to the pub and golf course from here. The place was clean, roomy, and dog friendly, with a great air conditioner. Good price too.

After an 11-hour day of driving, we arrived to find they said they had no record of the booking we’d made months ahead. The receptionists were really nice, but the manager was rude and mean about the whole thing. We spent hours trying to find another hotel. Please don’t stay here.

A lovely verandah view, and it’s an easy walk to the hotel and the riverside walks. The place was spacious, comfortable and clean, with all the amenities we needed. There was no sign of previous dogs, so I’d recommend it to dog owners and everyone else too. Great value for money.

We came for our honeymoon expecting to stay two weeks, then added another four nights because we didn’t want to leave. When our BBQ stopped working, the club bought us a new one the next day. We met lots of lovely people out walking their dogs, and the pet-friendly place even has a washing machine. It really feels like our home away from home, and the 10-hour drive was worth it.
