Brigham House

The rooms were clean and the service was great. It is a little farther away, but the trip is worth it. Jeff was so welcoming and happy to work around what I needed. One of the best places to stay near snowy.

We were turned away from the pub next door because it was supposedly full, so we made do with a couple of frozen dinners and a bottle of wine. Having Jeff's lovely company made that the best option anyway. After 400kms on the bike, Brigham House was a perfect place to stop. Jeff greeted us and showed us around the rustic, arty building with its 6m ceilings. The bed was soft, and the shower had superb water pressure. We'll definitely be back.

Brigham house sits in a serene setting and feels warm and comfortable. Jeff is a wonderful host. It’s a perfect base if you want access to as many of the best driving roads in the wider area as possible.

The early October surroundings were so luscious, and the morning walk was calming, with only birds and cows to hear. From the skylight in the attic room, I got to see the stars shining brightly in the early morning. Jeff was attentive and hospitable, even getting gluten free bread for breakfast and tidying the back verandah so we could have breakfast in the sun. The bathroom was delightful, modern and compact.
