The garden, cafe and laundry facilities, including outdoor drying racks, made this feel like a real oasis in the city. The tropical pool and onsen-style spa were highlights, and the rooms were spotless and comfortable with cozy beds. My family and I loved our stay at City Oasis Inn Townsville SureStay; it felt like home. It’s a charming boutique resort in a quiet but convenient spot, about a 10-minute walk from the CBD. Thanks to Brendon, who was a pleasure to get to know. The whole team was welcoming, friendly and professional. We also had some fantastic meals at restaurants recommended by the lady at reception. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely one-day stay in room 121 at City Oasis Inn, Townsville. Brandon made us feel welcome and comfortable. The room had a cozy feel and was well equipped with cooking utensils, appliances and other essentials. A few cutlery pieces were missing compared with the cabinet list, and a sliding screen in the bathroom would make access easier. The resort-style pool and warm jacuzzi were perfect for a relaxing dip. A comfortable, enjoyable stay in a peaceful city oasis.

This was our second visit, for one night with our Staffy Dog, and we had a standard room this time. The Oasis Pool out back was great for a swim. The place is central, quiet and friendly, and staff were very helpful. Breakfast isn’t included, but the price is fair. Highly recommend.

The reception team gave me really useful information. I was also surprised when I saw my room, it was much nicer than I expected. Great rooms to stay in.

I've stayed at the City Oasis Inn a few times and have found it a nice place. The recently renovated room had a great kitchenette and bathroom, and the bed and new telly were good too. I'd give the rooms four stars because there are better ones around, though not by much.
