Dana, the site manager, welcomed us and made sure our needs were taken care of straight away. The apartment was spotless, and the views stretched from Southport down to Coolangatta. We recently had an amazing stay at Pelican Sands. Its waterfront position is superb, with no roads to cross at all. Congratulations to Dana on doing such a great job!

The beds are very soft, so they’re great if that’s what you like. We loved the stunning views and the relaxing feel, with good amenities and indoor and outdoor facilities. The building is secure, with a safe locked car space. Dana & Mark are really friendly and helpful managers. We’re repeat guests and will be back next year 😎😃

I’ve stayed at Pelican Sands before and always liked it, but Dana and Mark have done lovely renovations and are prompt, helpful and completely on the ball. I had the chance to stay in three units in December while the property was sold out, and Dana, the awesome manager, managed to move me between them. They were all superb and quite different. Unit 203 was modern, with a perfect view, good A/C and fans, a king size bed and a very well equipped kitchen. Unit 901, I think, was equally well equipped, with quirky, fun decor, a spa tub and a view like I’ve never seen. Unit 803 was modern and bright, with a comfortable bed, good A/C, another incredible view and everything well equipped. I can’t recommend Pelican Sands enough and can’t wait to come back!

Dana was only a phone call away whenever my family needed something for our beach wedding. We had six rooms, and all of us loved the resort. The rooms felt beautiful and honestly like home, with amazing views and the beach only a few metres away. The airport, five minutes away, was super convenient for our overseas travellers, and shops and restaurants were just a stone’s throw away. Couldn’t fault Dana or Pelican Sands.

There was plenty for our kids to do, including a great games room with pool and ping pong tables, plus an indoor heated pool and spa. The outdoor pool area was nice too. Our apartment was modern, very clean and had a well equipped kitchen. We loved the balcony with its sunbeds, table and chairs, and the beach was literally at our doorstep. Staff were very friendly.
