The breakfast buffet has loads of choice, and the restaurant staff keep everything tidy while bringing such cheerful energy. Our room was clean and well maintained, with one of the biggest hotel bathrooms I've seen. We come down for Twin Towns regularly, and the welcome at reception and help from the rest of the team were great again. A special mention to the lovely man from the front office who helped me in the carpark when I couldn't find my car. He did it with a smile. Love coming here.

The beds were probably the most comfortable I've ever slept in, and the rooms were spacious and very clean. I loved the big, modern shower too. Breakfast was amazing, with such an overwhelming variety that I couldn't get enough. The location is excellent: just a 3-minute walk to the beach, near restaurants, cafes and shops including groceries, and only a 10-minute drive from the airport. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Daniela and Matt (Thompson) greeted and helped us on Sunday morning the 8th, and were both so kind and helpful. The rest of the front desk team were super friendly, and the breakfast team was great too. We had great rooms, service, amenities and facilities, and the location was great as well. This hotel has become one of my favourites. Thanks for looking after us!

Having a guaranteed parking space was a delight after places where we've had to hunt for on-street parking. The hotel is handy for shops, lots of restaurants, the beach, parks and walking paths, and it's connected to the Twin Towns Club, which is useful in bad weather. Breakfast was good and included with the advertised deal. The friendly, helpful staff made our stay easy, and everything suited our needs. I'd happily recommend the Sebel. Thanks to the Sebel Staff and All Accor for making it convenient to find places to stay.

We barely used the car because we could walk everywhere. The location is right in the heart of Coolanagatta, and the friendly staff were happy to accommodate requests. The daily breakfast buffet was a lovely start to the day. Rooms are modern and well kept, and there's a nice pool area, tennis and putt-putt. Some rooms look out to Greenmount Beach or north to Coolangatta Beach. Hotel rooms are on floors 1-5, while residences occupy 6-15, so you can't book a hotel room above the fifth floor. Even so, some rooms have spectacular views and a balcony. I'm told some fifth-floor balconies don't have a roof, no biggie. Sitting out with a wine or beer and watching the surf roll in was super relaxing. The photo shows our view. Highly recommended!
