The room looked out over the Shiraz Vines, and the bed was comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. There’s a kitchenette, plus a fridge stocked with breakfast food and fresh milk. We enjoyed the deck in the evening under a full moon, with thunder and lightning while sipping Shiraz Liqueur. The outdoor kitchen has a drinks fridge stocked too. With two rooms, the place seems ideal for a stay with another couple. We booked a night at Lot 113 for our wedding anniversary and were pleasantly surprised by this Swan Valley gem. Rob and Lynne invited us to try their wine and shared stories along with two of the best fortified wines I’ve tasted. We even learned how to pronounce Tempranillo.

The host’s care made the stay memorable. They checked in to see if I needed anything, shared local recommendations, and made me feel welcome throughout. Before we even arrived, they were attentive and made sure the details were taken care of. The place was spotless, cozy and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed. I felt completely looked after and would happily recommend it to anyone wanting a warm, welcoming stay with a host who cares.

We had wine on the deck overlooking the vines, and Lynne even drove us to the wedding venue. She and Rob really went out of their way to look after us, and communication was great. The setting is beautiful, and the spacious, spotless room had everything we could need. We’ll definitely be back before too long.

Rob and Lynne were wonderful hosts, with first-class hospitality. We loved the balcony views and the shared outdoor living area, and our room had great facilities with so much attention to detail. It’s close to lots of quality restaurants and wineries. A lovely relaxed weekend getaway for a couple, highly recommend.

Rob makes great wine, which you can buy there, and the vineyard and nature views are beautiful. The apartments are spacious and warm, and a continental breakfast is included. Rob and Lynne are wonderful hosts. Book early so you don’t miss out.
