The room had no fresh airflow at all, with no windows or vents to open. The AC filter was completely blocked, and the shower head was broken, so I couldn’t shower. Tap covers were missing, there were empty milk cartons in the fridge and unwashed coffee cups on the shelf, and the carpets were dirty. Look elsewhere, folks.

The staff were very helpful, and the room was quite spacious. The bed was clean and comfortable. What more could you ask for? Very nice.

It’s right next to the hospital, but there’s better accommodation available in the area for the same cost. We booked at the last minute and ended up paying more than we really should have. The place was outdated and not as clean as it should’ve been. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The only real advantage was being close to the hospital during my stay. I should’ve checked the room before paying. I booked a downstairs queen room, but it was old and smelled of cigarette smoke. The curtains were falling down, with broken clips, and the TV aerial was hanging low, attached to the wall with blue tack, enough to strangle you. The freezer hadn’t been defrosted in a long time, and I couldn’t even fit an ice brick in it. I’d have been better off sleeping in the car. I was very disappointed. Please check the room before handing over money. I have photos but can’t find an option to add them.

The room was neat and very clean, with a kitchenette and electric blankets. The shower had a strong, steady flow of hot water. Reception and management were accommodating.
