The beds were incredibly comfortable, and there were all the little luxuries you’d want. The cookies were the icing on top. Service was friendly and helpful, and the club next to the hotel gets a high rating from me too, the food was top notch. Can’t wait to come back.

This hotel is at the top of my list. The price is super cheap for the quality you get, no pun intended. Rooms are clean, quite spacious and well equipped. The bathroom was better than most five-star hotels I’ve stayed in, and the bed was so comfortable I lay down to test it and woke up five hours later. Great customer service, secure parking and a good location. Highly recommend.

If you want your belongings and clothes to smell like a bushfire, this is the place. The manager seemed not to care when I raised the issues, which is a shame because the food next door is yum, though it’s a pokie and gambling club, and the other counter staff are really being let down. On level 3 it gets very hot, and if you use the air conditioning, good luck sleeping because it’s so noisy. The toilet door closes on you, making brushing your teeth and showering awkward. There’s no fan either, so you’re left with whatever smell you create.

The room looked okay at a glance, but the smell was awful, like dirty shoes and off feet, and the bed wasn’t clean. I asked for fresh sheets and got them, which was the bare minimum. By the next morning there was hair and what looked like pubes all over them. The bathroom was mouldy and smelled just as bad. I was moved to another room, but that wasn’t the point. When I gave feedback, the manager tried to blame me instead of taking responsibility for the room’s condition. With cleanliness and management response like this, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Do yourself a favour and book somewhere you can at least open a window and avoid that smell.
