From the little deck out front, you get the best view in town. Richard and Janette were bubbly, friendly hosts, and knew all the local places to see and things to do. The Walhalla cabin was delightful, with all the comforts of home, and that brilliant warm shower was welcome on colder, wet days. We fed the native birds, including a cheeky Kookaburra or two. Breakfast was amazing, with perfect poached eggs and fantastic pancakes. We'll definitely be back.

The friendly hosts were the best part, and it was great meeting Richard and hearing his stories while enjoying his hospitality. The view over beautiful Walhalla is amazing, and the night sky too, we could see the Southern Cross and Jupiter. In the morning, Kookaburras line up for breakfast and you can feed them. A few things to keep in mind: there's no mobile coverage, the place is on top of a hill with a steep track down, and there's no fuel in Walhalla or nearby. A great experience.

A walking trail is right across the road, and the location looks out over Walhalla township. Richard and Janet are lovely to chat with, know the wider area well, and give you space if you want privacy. Breakfast is delicious and hearty, served with the best view in town. The room was clean and cosy, a great base for exploring Walhalla. The two rooms share a wall, so you might hear the neighbour's TV if it's turned up.

Richard and Janette Henry gave us outstanding hospitality, and the home cooked breakfast was lovely in the dining room or out on the balcony with its magnificent view. The accommodation was very clean, modern and comfortable, with its own bathroom and shower. It also has air conditioning and heating if needed, a bar fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, and parking right at the door.

We spent two lovely days at Wild Cherry B&B. Richard and Janette know Walhalla well and were quick to help us plan our days. They were happy to help with anything, and the breakfasts were superb. We'd definitely recommend staying here.
