We come to Hobart each year for the same event, and Bayview Villas has become our regular place to stay. We've been coming for years and wouldn't choose anywhere else. The rooms are tidy and clean, the service is impeccable, and the value for money is exceptional.

You get fantastic views of Hobart from this lovely place, with the morning sun coming through the windows. It's up high and outside the city, so having a car is really necessary. Secure onsite parking is included.

Our second-floor balcony room had a beautiful view of Derwent Harbour and the city. The third floor was already booked, but that extra height wasn't needed for a fabulous view. The room was a good size and clean, with a working kitchen including an oven, hotplates, microwave, fridge, and more.

We loved our stay and would highly recommend these spacious, very clean villas and apartments for families or friends wanting a comfortable holiday in Hobart. Each villa has a great view, with beautiful bay views from the hilltop. The CBD is only five minutes away. The main building has a swimming pool, table tennis, a pool table, laundry, and supplies, and the reception staff were friendly and very helpful.

The rooms were great and everything was clean, with amazing views. The staff were super helpful. The beds were maybe a little hard.
