We had a lovely weekend stay at Wingham House, my husband, mum, our two dogs and me. The dogs settled in happily, and the beds were comfortable. Leah welcomed us into her beautiful house, where the smell of freshly baked bread greeted us. She’d just taken it out of the oven and gave us some, along with bacon and eggs to cook for breakfast the next morning. The jam with the warm bread was hard to resist. We’d absolutely stay again if we’re in the area. Highly recommend.

The hostess was lovely and had even baked bread for our arrival. It’s a beautiful, gracious home with everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay.

We had the whole house to ourselves for two nights after renting both rooms, and I loved the place. The living and dining rooms were amazing to spend time in. We had a thunderstorm and sat on the porch listening to rain hit the iron roof. Breakfast was yummy, with yoghurt, cereals, coffee, tea and milk that worked for our no-lactose needs. I’d absolutely recommend it.

The garden is stunning, and shops are close by. There’s on-street parking right outside the front door. This beautiful historic home has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, and the host was lovely and very accommodating. HIGHLY recommend the beautiful WINGHAM HOUSE.

We spent a week at Wingham House for a getaway. It’s a beautiful historic building, with plenty of room for families to relax and all the amenities you need without having to leave the house. The hosts were amazing, always ready to help while still giving us space and privacy. Highly recommend!
