I waited far too long for food that arrived cold and undercooked. Yesterday's visit was a complete disaster, a waste of my time and money. I won't be back or recommend it. Thanks for the apology, but I'm not interested in a refund. I spent over $200 and expected a decent meal, not cold, undercooked food after a long wait. The problem is the poor quality and service, not the money. My review reflects what my guests and I experienced, and I stand by it. A refund doesn't change that.

We've had two lovely meals in the restaurant and will definitely come back for more outings. The place is beautifully renovated, with amazing accommodation, and the menu is versatile. The food was fantastic and service was great. The staff are still finding their way around, but that wasn't a problem.

The mussels I had for dinner were absolutely delicious, and we love the new renovations. We met at the Mark, where the atmosphere was warm and inviting and it was very child friendly. The owner and staff welcomed us and really looked after us. We'll definitely return. Highly recommend the Mark Hotel. :)

The food and drinks were excellent, with generous portions and great quality. I had a really great stay: the clean, comfortable, well maintained rooms made it easy to relax after a long day. The staff stood out for being friendly, polite and always happy to help. The atmosphere was lively without being noisy, and very welcoming. It's in a great location and good value for money. I'd definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

The staff were incredibly polite, welcoming and ready to help with anything we needed. You can tell they care about guests and take pride in their service. I had a great stay at The Mark Hotel in Lambton, Newcastle. The rooms and facilities were exceptionally clean and well looked after, which made everything comfortable and relaxing. I'd definitely recommend staying here and look forward to coming back.
