Quattro On Young

I was really upset by the whole experience, especially as we were there for my 7 year old daughter to have surgery and it made an already stressful time worse. We were billed in American dollars, paying $300 for one night. My daughter and I developed a rash on our necks and scalps after sleeping in the apartment, and were diagnosed with scabies. The floors were dirty and sticky, the bedding clearly hadn’t been cleaned before our stay, and the body wash and shampoo/conditioner bottles were half full, suggesting someone else had used them. Very disappointed with everything from the billing to the cleanliness. Do not recommend.

The location is peaceful, and the unit has plenty of space, but it badly needs a proper clean. The oven was filthy and smelled awful, with a chicken wing left inside by the previous tenants. We rented two units, and my sister's had no coffee cups or the cutlery that was supposed to be provided. The cupboards and drawers hadn't been wiped, and the freezer had who knows what food scraps in it. The main bathroom sink was blocked, and the handrail had come loose. Whoever owns the place should be annoyed about the way it's being looked after.

We were left without a place to stay after booking one night here. The promised entry code hadn't arrived by 3:30, half an hour after check-in. We called the number as instructed, but after waiting an hour with no operator available, we gave up and booked somewhere else. The codes finally came through at 6, when we'd already arranged another hotel. A nearby business owner said this happens often, and someone else arriving at the same time was dealing with the same problem. Avoid it.

So glad we found this place. Booking was easy, the location worked well, and the stay was excellent.
