We were a family of four passing through, and the two bedroom apartment was spotless, with everything we needed, including a washer and dryer. The beds were extremely comfortable. There wasn't a bathtub, which I find useful with small kids, though perhaps there's another room with one that can be requested. The staff were polite, and a young gentleman kindly offered to take our bags up. Before we arrived, I got an email and a phone call asking how we'd like the beds configured. The receptionist made us feel well looked after and was happy to help with anything. It was a relaxing stay.

The loft was so quiet, we didn't hear anyone in the other apartments or hallway, and the bed was really comfortable. It's easily the cleanest place we've ever stayed. I'd recommend it without hesitation. Wish there were more of these in rural areas, I'd stay in them all.

I stay in hotels a lot for work, and Quest Maitland really impressed me. They had the air conditioning and lamp on before I arrived, and I had access to all the amenities I needed. The staff went out of their way to help, and the price felt fair for what you get. You won't be disappointed.

Great spot, friendly staff and good parking. The place was extremely tidy. The only things that bothered me were the fridge sitting right up against the stove without a splashback, and the small step up into the bathroom. I assume that's for accessibility, but it's hard to see at night and easy to kick your toe on.

The room itself was very nice, but the bed setup brought the rating down. We paid over $500 for two nights, and what we got was two single beds pushed together, both on wheels, with just a double fitted sheet holding them in place. For that sort of price, you'd think QUEST could use beds that don't move around. That's why I gave it three stars.
