The location is pleasant, but the condition of the property was disappointing. Several things need attention, from weeding the gardens and driveway to fixing the fence by the grass and repairing the deck. The amenities need replacing too: the dryer is old and useless, the dishwasher doesn't clean, the fridge is disgusting and cruddy, and the oven doesn't work properly. For the price of a weekend stay, it wasn't worthwhile. It's sad to see the place's potential lost through poor upkeep and laziness. The kitchen looks onto a backyard owned by someone who seems disheveled, with crap everywhere. Pretty sad. The setting is quaint, but the amenities and property condition let it down. Do better.

We had three generations of family staying at Middleton House, and there was room for everyone. The four big bedrooms each had their own bathroom, which we especially appreciated, and both the house and garden are beautiful. Wendy has thought of so many things to make a stay practical and pampering. We also enjoyed hikes in the nearby national park and exploring Maleny. We'd love to return. Thanks for everything, Wendy!

We booked Middleton House for my wedding, for the bridal party and a few special guests, and everyone loved it. The gardens and décor made a big impression, especially on the ladies. Wendy was very involved with the garden and glad to help however she could. Our evening garden reception looked incredible in the photos, which we'll post when they come through, and so many people complimented how everything looked. Big thanks to Wendy and Middleton House!

After long days sightseeing and a wedding, we were glad to come back to such comfortable beds. It's a proper country house just a few minutes from the quaint township of Maleny, with lovely grounds to wander around. We were looked after very well. The house has several sitting areas and every room has an ensuite. The kitchen was great, with two full walk-in pantries, one for dishes and plates and one for food, plus full-size appliances and instructions for using them. We'll be back.

Wendy was so friendly and helpful, and the spacious home was beautifully decorated. Middleton House was a lovely place for our recent stay, and the perfect spot for our daughter to get ready and leave for her wedding.
