We stayed for a couple of days before Xmas, and I loved the high rise feel. The apartment was comfortable, air conditioned and had a dining table for six, plus a small desk area, washing machine and storage room. It was well equipped for cooking, and keyless entry made getting in easy. There’s a small rooftop pool, BBQ facilities downstairs, and pets are welcome. It convinced me I’d enjoy living in a high rise.

The location and service were great, and check-in was super easy. Our apartment had stunning views, clean rooms, huge bedrooms with an ensuite in the main room, a big kitchen, and a large balcony. It had everything we needed and more, including a dishwasher, washer and dryer, fast Wi-Fi, roomy parking spaces, and a gym that was a nice surprise. My teen daughter loved the rooftop pool. We’ll definitely book again.

We stayed one night in a two-bedroom self-contained apartment at Stay Kula Wollongong. The room and location were good, and the apartment was neat and clean. A few small things could be improved: please refill the disposable cups at the water bubbler in the level 3 gym and on the ground floor, and check the rooftop pool more often for bugs and dust. The single access code is handy, though it would help to send it with the email or SMS around 1pm, even if check-in is at 2pm.

Over Christmas, our family spent three nights here and found the apartment comfortable and luxurious. It was close enough to walk to Wollongong city centre, shops, cafes, restaurants, and the beach. The apartment looked lovely and had everything we needed. The rooftop pool and decent gym were a definite plus. Would highly recommend.

The apartments are fantastic, and the customer service really stood out. Check-in is hands-off, but the in-person follow-up was very good. I’d choose this place again if staying in Wollongong.
