Wonthaggi Park Lane Holiday Park

We stayed in the glamping pod, which was so cute and spotlessly clean. The queen size bed was very comfortable. The pillows looked comfy too, though we brought our own and didn't use them. The shower pressure was excellent, and the amenities provided were great, including a kettle, toaster and microwave. The park was super quiet despite lots of people being around. We didn't get to use the indoor pool because we were busy, but would have with more time. It's a convenient short walk to the main Street, and the lady at reception was a delight. We'd definitely stay again.

The clean, quiet holiday park is a lovely find in a small town, close to the beach, walking tracks and other attractions. Phillip Island is only 30-40 min drive away. Our cabin was cute and cozy, with all the necessary amenities. I'll definitely visit again and explore more of the area.

These pods are awesome, especially for solo travellers. There's a car spot beside each pod and a balcony with a table and chairs out front. Inside is fully renovated, with a TV, mini kitchen and full kitchen ware, plus a cheese board/wooden board. New bathrooms have great products, and the beds and choice of pillows are excellent. It's 2mins from town, with everything including cafes and pubs, and 7mins from the stunning coast. The only downside was the Saturday helicopter landing at the hospital three times between 10pm and 1am. It's directly behind the park, and I'd say the whole town heard it land.

The park was extremely quiet despite being full. There's a great indoor heated pool, which was fantastic in the current 40degree heat. The amenities are clean, though the pool, amenities and camp kitchen all use different codes. There's a large playground with all facilities across the road, and the main Wonthaggi shopping area is within walking distance. The park has lots of cabins and limited but large caravan sites. At the rear are about 130 over 50' living units.
