Woolgoolga Coast Motel

The room was a great place to stop on our drive back to Brisbane. It was bright, clean and roomy, with comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom. Getting in was simple, and communication was great. We could walk to town, the playgrounds and cafes, and the RSL across the road was a lovely dinner spot that I’d recommend. After we’d dropped the key in the locked return box, we realised my daughter had left her iPad behind. I called the motel, and they helped me get it back straight away. We’d happily stay again.

It was peaceful and surprisingly quiet here, even though my dog got startled a couple of times by other guests shutting their doors. The key check-in and check-out were convenient, and I slept really well in the very comfortable bed. The room felt very clean, though there were a few ants in the bathroom and by the entrance.

We’ll make this our stopover motel when we’re travelling. There’s a lovely green sitting area through the sliding back door, plus another large place to sit near the pool. A great place to stay.

There’s a small fenced yard for the dog, and the rooms are modern and very clean, so I’d definitely recommend staying here with pets. The location’s handy, with the diggers club across the road, and check-in was easy. The room had what we needed: kettle, cups, toaster, plates, bowls, knives, forks and spoons, cold glasses and wine glasses in the refrigerator, plus milk, tea, coffee, sugar, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
