My first impression of the customer service was poor. I asked about a long term stay and was told, 'sorry we don't do that,' then the call ended without even a goodbye. The issue isn't that they don't offer long term accommodation, it's the unnecessary rudeness. Please read the review properly before replying, and show customers some respect and courtesy, whether local or not and whatever they ask.

For the price, it was good value. The place was clean, warm and quiet, and check in took almost no time. I'd stay again.

The rooms are a bit dated, but comfortable, and everything worked. The shower was nicotine. The owners made a real effort to check that everything was okay.

The room and bathroom were lovely and clean, and the staff were friendly, especially the cat. We'll definitely come back ☺️☺️☺️☺️

We were in town for a friend's wedding, and the stay had everything we needed. It was clean, quiet, comfortable and affordable, with good shower pressure and friendly service. We didn't get to use the pool. For the price, you couldn't ask for more. Highly recommend!
